New faces

We are delighted to welcome Steve Thompson to the Senior Management team as General Manager of Fleet, Service and parts. Steve has had over 30 years experience in the Logistics Industry and comments"I am looking forward to the challenge here at S.J.Bargh as I can use my experience in both retail and fleet engineering to meet the companies objectives."
We would also like to welcome Ian Henshall as our new driver trainer. Ian has worked for the company since July 2011 as a reload relief driver. He is currently working on creating modules specific to the milk industry for the driver CPC. Ian commented,
"I will begin to deliver the CPC at all sites in the next couple of months. At present we are assessing the companies training needs, to be able to best understand what style of delivery can be used, to get the best possible reaction from our drivers in the time that we have available."
