Michael Sidley
Group Managing Director
Michael re-joined the group in 2023 and was appointed Group Managing Director in October 2024. Michael is responsible for all commercial activity including milk, logistics, warehousing, Palletforce and other specialist logistics. Michael has a long serving presence working in logistics with over 20 years’ experience of which 18 years have been within the dairy industry, helping to transport milk across the length and breadth of England, Scotland and Wales.
Mark Hestford
Group Finance Director
Mark brings a wealth of experience to the role having worked across multiple industries at a senior level spanning a period of over 25 years.
Lee Tyldesley
Director of Operations
In November 2024, Lee was appointed Director of Operations. Lee joined the SJ Bargh operation in May 2018 and has extensive experience in the milk industry and also in warehouse and distribution. Lee has expertise in managing large and diverse teams of drivers and multi-site operations, and is responsible for the company’s multi-site 24 hour logistic operation across both milk and Palletforce.
